What's inside a Waggly Club box?

It changes every month to keep things exciting for you and your dog.  But every month we promise to send you at least two really high quality dog toys, and two lots of healthy and tasty treats.

All of our dog toys are from reputable, safe brands, such as Kong and Outward Hound.  All of our treats are made in Australia using Australian animal products.  The treats are usually low fat and great for training your dog or as a reward.

What does 'subscription box' mean?

By subscribing to any of our plans, you’ll receive a new box of dog toys and treats delivered each month, similar to a magazine subscription.

How much does a Waggly Club subscription cost?

Unlike many subscription box companies, Waggly Club has monthly payment options on all our subscription packages.

Prices vary depending on how long you subscribe for.

We have monthly plans for those who don’t want any commitment, extending out to three- and six-month subscriptions which are cheapest per box.

All subscriptions can be cancelled easily and at any time.

We also offer ‘one off’ boxes which have no subscription at all, and are great as gifts for friends and family or an occasional treat for your pooch.

Finally, please note that postage is free to all locations in Australia.

What does 'automatically renew' mean?

All of our subscription plans auto renew. Your plan will automatically renew on the 3rd of the month following the last delivery of your current subscription period.

So, for example, if you bought a 3 month plan in December, you will renew on the  3rd of March unless you cancel before this date.  But your renewal will move you to a monthly plan so you don't have the commitment of another 3 months.

This means you and your dog can keep enjoying Waggly Club boxes at locked in low rates and with no hassle.  Automatic renewals can be easily cancelled at anytime.

How do I cancel my subscription?

When will I be billed?

Your first payment will be taken immediately when you sign up.   This lets us send your first box out to you straight away.

After that, you will be billed on the 3rd of each month for the remainder of your subscription.  Your plan will automatically renew on the 3rd of the month following the last delivery of your current plan (you can cancel an upcoming renewal at any time).

When will my box be shipped?

We will ship your first box within 2 business days of your order.  After that, you will move to monthly shipments on the 15th day of each month.

Why are there different prices for plans?

Our prices are designed to reward you for signing up for longer. When you sign up for longer then we are able to plan better. We can source products from suppliers in advance and plan our staffing levels. This brings the cost down for us and we pass that onto you.

What payment options do I have?

You can pay using credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or PayPal.  We do not accept cheques, money orders or bank transfers.

Are there postage and handling fees?

No. We offer free shipping and handling for all box plans and types.

What if my Waggly Club box doesn't arrive?

This rarely happens, but if your box doesn't arrive, contact us on [email protected] and we will sort it out for you ASAP. Please ensure you allow 4 business days from 15th of the month before contacting us as you box will likley still be in transit.

What if my Waggly Club box arrives damaged?

This rarely happens but if it does contact us at [email protected] and we will replace your item.

How do I change my shipping or other details?

You can login to your customer portal and change any of your details.  Click here.

A friend sent me a referral code.  How does it work?

If you purchase a six-month subscription, you can get your first box for free by using your friend's referral code.  All you have to do is copy the code and paste it into  the promo code field at checkout.

How do I refer someone if I'm an existing subscriber?

All you need to do is pass on your unique referrer code to your friends.  We would have emailed you the code when you signed up or you can always ask us if you can't find your code!

If your friend uses the code at checkout and signs up to a six month subscription, you'll get a free box!
