In order to use the Waggly Club online payment service, we may require information from you. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email. Any information collected by Waggly Club is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website or online payment service.
Use of Collection Information
Any details collected from Waggly Club customers is required in order to provide you with our online payment service, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details. If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain Personally Identifiable Information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, Email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
Waggly Club uses Personally Identifiable Information for essential communications, such as Emails, accounts information, and critical service details. Waggly Club may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. Waggly Club does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.

Waggly Club Terms of Service and Delivery Policy
As a subscribed Waggly Club member, each month or every two months we will send you a parcel with a varied assortment of items for your dog that may consist of a selection from toys, treats, shampoos, bones, bully sticks, hygiene products, food samples, or other canine-related items (“Products”). With each month of your subscription, the collection of Products may change. Accordingly, Waggly Club cannot guarantee that a selection available in a particular month will be available at any subsequent timeframe.
BY SUBSCRIBING YOU AGREE TO PAY THE REGULAR SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE SUPPLIED EACH MONTH OR EACH TWO MONTHS, FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PLAN.
If ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your payment details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. As a subscription service, orders are only shipped once per month or once per two months, depending on the plan selected. When orders are placed before the 12th of each month we will to send your goods via Post on the 15th of that month. If the 15th of the month falls on a weekend or public holiday, goods will be posted on the following business day. Orders placed after the 12th of the month will result in a delay of up to 6 weeks prior to dispatch, as orders are only shipped on the 15th of each month. Waggly Club is not responsible for any injury, illness or death caused as a result of any products it ships. It is the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient of the good to exercise caution when using these products or making them available to their dog or others.
Waggly Club Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods.Please email us at [email protected] within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Waggly Club will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
